Your best people are ready for the bigger role. Are they ready for the room?
Strong regional executives often hit a presence ceiling when they step into global and board-level roles. Their expertise is not in question. What pressure does to their thinking, their English and their body is.
The Phoenix Executive Command Method™ trains all three together.

Who it's for
Investing in your leaders?
For HR and talent leaders preparing people for global and board-level roles.
Stepping up yourself?
For executives facing a final-round interview, a keynote or a new role in an international company.
Three pillars, trained together
Mind:
Strategic alignment
Turning expertise into a clear executive narrative. Structuring answers around problem, action and result; handling stakeholders across functions; framing decisions and risk the way a board expects to hear them.
Voice:
Linguistic precision
International business English at executive level. Precise vocabulary that carries authority, deliberate pauses, no filler or hedging, and answers that land in half the words.
Body:
Somatic regulation
Short routines from Ba Duan Jin qi gong, the Eight Brocades, with breathwork and posture work. They settle the stress response, so calm, steady authority shows before a word is spoken. For leaders who find sitting meditation hard, a moving practice works.
Three ways to work together
The Executive Sprint
4 to 6 weeks, intensive
For a defined, high-stakes moment: final-round interviews, a critical keynote, an assessment centre or psychometric evaluation.
Leadership Embodiment
3 to 6 months, retainer
For leaders stepping into a bigger role: C-suite onboarding, succession into a global position, or integrating into a new country and culture.
Enterprise Masterclass
half-day workshop
For high-potential leadership cohorts: executive presence, managing your state under pressure, and a shared language for communicating with authority.
Where: online, worldwide, or in person on Lake Garda, where the Body work happens outdoors by the water.

Why Lake Garda
Some conversations need a different room.
Lake Garda is Italy's largest lake: mountains rising straight out of clear water, olive groves and lemon gardens on the slopes, old harbour towns along the shore, and a light that changes by the hour. It slows the mind down without switching it off.
In-person sessions move between the table and the outdoors: strategy and interview simulations in the morning, qi gong and breathwork by the water after. What feels stuck in an office often moves on the shore.
It's easy to reach, close to Verona airport and on the rail line between Milan and Venice. Come for a focused day, or build a reset into your time in Italy.
How it works
- A free 30-minute diagnostic to agree the starting point.
- A programme built on real material: your leader's own presentations, interviews and board papers.
- Progress you can see: clear reporting at the midpoint and at the end.

One result
A procurement executive competing for a global role has passed five interview rounds, calm and ready at every stage.

PhoenixbyKaren English
English that connects, not just English that's correct.
Good English isn't about perfect grammar. It's about being understood, and understanding others, with confidence. Every lesson is built around real communication: speaking, listening and the courage to try.
Speaking comes first. We learn by producing English, not just studying it, starting with the sounds of the language, so that confidence comes from knowing exactly how to say it.

Clear English: speaking and pronunciation
The Clear English year, for Italian speakers who understand English well but want to be understood easily. Four 10-week courses, starting with Sounds of English: the sounds that don't exist in Italian, and how to make them with confidence. Then word stress, the rhythm of English, and sounding natural in meetings, presentations and calls. Small live groups online, or one-to-one, with a practice pack written around your own work and interests, and a before-and-after recording so you can hear the difference. Take one course or the whole year.
"I worked with Karen on English phonetics. I found her very well prepared and patient, always ready to clear up doubts with examples and to go deeper into the topics we covered. Her explanations were clear and came with practical exercises, which helped me understand the theory. In particular, the lessons showed me the nuances of English phonetics, some of which have no direct equivalent in Italian, and helped me improve my pronunciation. Overall, a very positive experience!"

Excel in English
Coming soon.Excel and English are the two skills Italian companies ask for most, so this course teaches them together. Two 16-hour courses, Level 1 for beginners and Level 2 intermediate, built around one realistic business case: you learn the software, the business thinking behind it (budgets, KPIs, decisions) and the English to talk, write and present about it. Level 2 includes Copilot in Excel, where writing a clear prompt is an English skill in itself. Each course ends with a short presentation in English. In person for company teams of 5 to 8, and suitable for funded training. Open courses online for individuals, or one-to-one on Lake Garda. Next in the series, also taught in English: PowerPoint with Presentation Skills, and Word with Document Writing.

Sounds of English for Teachers
From 2026/27, pronunciation is part of the English curriculum from classe prima. In four afternoon sessions, small groups of English teachers learn to model the tricky sounds with confidence, predict their pupils' mistakes, and bring pronunciation into every lesson with five-minute routines. Each teacher hears their own progress in a before-and-after recording. Two further modules follow, one per school year: Stress, Rhythm and Intonation, and Sound Natural.

"All good with the KET results, and a good number also achieved B1. The speaking was very good: well done to the teacher!"
